Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the FacturasOnlineGratis.com website (the “Service”). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a free tool for creating invoices and downloading them as PDF files. The document is generated in the user’s browser; no registration is required and we do not store the content of the invoices.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • Create false or misleading invoices, use them for fraudulent purposes or impersonate third parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, damage, overload or interfere with the website.
  • Use automated systems to send messages through the contact form.

4. Responsibility for invoice content

You are solely responsible for the data you enter and the documents you generate, including the accuracy of amounts, tax rates and numbering, and compliance with your tax and invoicing obligations (for example, invoice content requirements, e-invoicing or certified invoicing systems where mandatory).

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, free of charge and without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The information and calculations are for guidance only and do not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, from errors in the data entered, from the loss of drafts saved in the browser or from interruptions of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, texts and other elements of the website belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The invoices you generate and their content belong to you.

7. Links and share buttons

The website includes links to share on social networks. When you use them you access third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertising

To keep the Service free, the website may display advertising in the future. In that case, the Privacy Policy will be updated beforehand and consent will be requested where necessary.

9. Changes

We may modify the Service and these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless consumer protection rules provide for a different jurisdiction.
